Josh at 16 months

Josh is more fun than ever! He loves playing at the playground. He has mastered going down the slide by himself and then can walk back up the slide. He has not gotten nailed by a kid who is coming down the slide as Josh is going up; we all know it is inevitable though.

He has quite the "conversations" with the other kids. He still doesn't speak more than a few words, but when he talks it sounds similar to what you would hear on Peanuts when the parents would talk to the kids - just a muffled sentence. It doesn't seem to bother him that no one knows what he is saying, he just talks and then laughs at whatever he just said.

I have been diligently working with him to say, "I love you more than anyone Grandma!" :-)

Josh is a sweet boy who loves to sit on your lap (for about 30 seconds) and then he is off on another adventure. When he comes to our house he knows where the snacks are and how to point at which ever toy he wants to play with next.
